McGeoch Technology specialises in the design, engineering,
manufacturing, project management and installation of electrical
and electronic equipment for marine vessels and submarines. From

The New Automatic Emergency Lighting (AEL) is a solid state
miniature unit, utilising the latest LED technology to provide
controlled lighting over a 180 degree horizontal field of view.
The enclosure is cast in aluminium with a clear acrylic lens.
Our Range
The AEL is a 'one off' unit which is designed to illuminate for
a minimum period of 6 hours following power failure and
re-charge within 16 hours upon power being restored, and
provides clear exit lighting after accidents or power failure.
With an operational life expectancy of over 11 years, light
failure in an emergency situation is avoided.
